Terms, Conditions, Informed Consent & Liability Waiver

By purchasing and participating in the Deep Somatic Energy Healing & Trauma Release – 1:1 Five-Session Journey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following Terms, Conditions, Informed Consent, and Liability Waiver.

This agreement is entered into between you (“the Client”) and Rhiannon Heins, founder of Intuitive Rebirth™ (“the Practitioner”).

Participation in this program is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of all terms below.

1. Nature of Services

The services provided are spiritual, educational, and personal development services intended to support self-awareness, emotional processing, and spiritual exploration.

Sessions may include:

  • somatic awareness practices

  • emotional release processes

  • intuitive guidance

  • energy healing

  • shamanic energetic practices

  • meditation and energetic activations

  • nervous system regulation practices

  • spiritual insight or channeling

These services are not clinical, medical, or psychological treatment.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Services

Rhiannon Heins is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, counselor, or healthcare provider.

The services provided:

  • do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions

  • do not replace therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment

  • should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or mental health advice

Clients are solely responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental health care when necessary.

3. Educational & Spiritual Nature of Work

All guidance, teachings, practices, or insights provided are offered for educational and spiritual development purposes only.

Any intuitive or channeled information shared during sessions is subjective in nature and should not be interpreted as factual, predictive, medical, legal, or financial advice.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Each participant’s experience is unique.

The Practitioner makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

  • emotional healing

  • trauma resolution

  • personal transformation

  • spiritual awakening

  • life outcomes

Results vary significantly based on individual circumstances and personal engagement.

5. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

By purchasing this program you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are participating voluntarily

  • you are fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing

  • you may pause or discontinue participation at any time

You accept full responsibility for any personal insights, emotions, or life decisions arising from participation.

6. Psychological & Mental Health Screening

This work may involve deep emotional and somatic processes.

Participation may not be appropriate for individuals experiencing or previously diagnosed with conditions such as:

  • psychosis

  • schizophrenia

  • schizoaffective disorder

  • delusional disorder

  • unmanaged bipolar disorder involving manic or psychotic episodes

  • severe psychiatric instability

By purchasing this program you confirm that:

  • you are not currently experiencing unmanaged psychiatric conditions that would make participation unsafe

  • you will disclose relevant mental health information in the intake questionnaire

The Practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation if safety concerns arise.

7. Emotional Processing & Potential Psychological Effects

You acknowledge that participation in somatic and spiritual work may involve:

  • emotional release

  • resurfacing memories

  • psychological discomfort

  • somatic sensations

  • spiritual or energetic experiences

You accept that such experiences are inherently unpredictable.

The Practitioner is not responsible for emotional experiences that arise during or after participation.

8. Integration Responsibility

Emotional and energetic shifts may continue between sessions and after the completion of the program.

You acknowledge that:

  • integration is your personal responsibility

  • emotional processing may occur after sessions

  • additional support from therapists, counselors, or trusted individuals may be beneficial

The Practitioner is not responsible for integration outside scheduled sessions.

9. Online Session Disclaimer

Sessions may be conducted online via video communication platforms.

You acknowledge that:

  • online sessions rely on internet connectivity

  • technological interruptions may occur

  • privacy cannot be guaranteed over the internet

The Practitioner is not liable for technological issues beyond reasonable control.

10. Energetic Boundaries

All energy healing and spiritual facilitation occurs only within scheduled sessions or explicitly agreed activities.

You acknowledge that:

  • energetic work does not continue outside scheduled sessions

  • the Practitioner is not responsible for energetic experiences occurring outside sessions

11. Program Structure

The program includes:

Five (5) private sessions approximately 60–75 minutes each, delivered across approximately three months.

Scheduling adjustments may occur where reasonably necessary.

12. Intake Questionnaire Requirement

Participation requires completion of a confidential intake questionnaire and screening form.

The Practitioner reserves the right to determine whether participation is appropriate based on the information provided.

Failure to provide truthful information may result in termination of participation.

13. Refund Policy

If the intake questionnaire indicates the program is not suitable prior to the first session, the Client will receive a full refund minus payment processing fees.

Once the first session has occurred, the program is considered commenced and refunds are not available.

14. Termination of Participation

The Practitioner reserves the right to terminate participation if:

  • safety concerns arise

  • boundaries are violated

  • the program is deemed unsuitable

  • the Client engages in abusive or disruptive behavior

Refund decisions in such cases are at the Practitioner’s sole discretion.

15. Intellectual Property

All teachings, practices, materials, meditations, recordings, and course content provided are the intellectual property of Rhiannon Heins and Intuitive Rebirth™.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, teach, record, publish, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

16. Recording Restrictions

Sessions may not be recorded, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

Unauthorized recording or distribution is strictly prohibited.

17. Confidentiality

All personal information shared by the Client will be treated confidentially.

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required:

  • by law

  • to prevent harm

  • to comply with legal obligations

18. Assumption of Risk

By participating you voluntarily assume all risks associated with personal development, spiritual exploration, emotional processing, and energy healing practices.

You acknowledge that such practices involve inherently unpredictable experiences.

19. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless:

  • Rhiannon Heins

  • Intuitive Rebirth™

  • all affiliated representatives, employees, or contractors

from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the program.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • emotional distress

  • psychological experiences

  • personal life decisions

  • spiritual interpretations

  • financial or relational consequences

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhiannon Heins and Intuitive Rebirth™ from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your participation in the program.

21. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the Practitioner or the program in public forums or online platforms.

22. Force Majeure

The Practitioner shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters

  • illness

  • internet outages

  • government restrictions

  • emergencies

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule sessions.

23. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Western Australia, except where superseded by applicable consumer protection laws in the Client’s jurisdiction.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Practitioner regarding participation in the program.

25. Informed Consent

By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing payment, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

  • you voluntarily consent to participate

  • you accept full responsibility for your wellbeing

  • you understand the work is spiritual and educational, not medical or psychological treatment

  • you agree to complete the required intake questionnaire before participating

  • all information you provide will be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge
